We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who’s passionate about helping teams deliver great work and creating real impact for clients helping grow the business.
If you love bringing structure to complex projects, building strong relationships, and guiding teams toward clear outcomes, you’ll fit right in with us. You’ll own delivery from start to finish, keep stakeholders aligned, and make sure our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll do:
– Own end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met
– Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support proposal development
– Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, analysts, and technical specialists
– Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
– Spot risks early and keep everyone moving in the right direction

What we’re looking for:
– 3+ years of experience in project delivery, program management, or consulting
– Proven track record leading medium to large-scale projects in a consulting or professional services environment
– Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship-building skills
– Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on outcomes
– A proactive, collaborative mindset with an eye for business opportunities
